I was working in the GIS lab late one night
when my eyes beheld an awesome sight
From its desktop home did my project arise
And suddenly to my surprise

It did the mash – it did the mapping mash
The mapping mash – and it’s a cloud-based smash
It did the mash – it caught on in a flash
It did the mash – without a single crash

It emerged from the haunts of its earthly home
And attached itself to some SOCs and SOMs
And broke free with a triumphal cry
Borne on the wings of my API

It’s now the mash – It’s now the mapping mash
